Personal information may include Name, Contact number (phone or mobile) & E-mail address, physical address, etc. By using this website, you approve and accept these terms and conditions for privacy. Browsing Website
When you visit the GCAA website to browse information —reading pages, viewing photographs, or downloading information for example—we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically.
We collect your location based information for the purpose of guiding users to nearest GCAA offices, GCAA-approved Organizations and GCAA examination purposes only. We shall not share this information with any commercial purposes. If you no longer wish to allow us to collect or use your location based information, you may turn this off at the device level or discontinue use of the application.
This gathering and storing of information is separate from the activity described as monitoring in our Security Notice.
Information gathered automatically is used for, among other things, site management, compiling reports of usage statistics, and, in the case of suspected unauthorized activity, for law enforcement and possible criminal prosecution.`

We do this to improve our E-services, M-Services and other related services we offer you via our website and Mobile application.
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile app.
We may also collect another person’s name and email address, for you to be able to add a “User” to your Account. We use this information to set up their login credentials for them to be able to log in to the GCAA website. If your added “User” would like to request that their information be removed from our database, please have them contact us at Customercare@gcaa.gov.ae
Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by GCAA and our affiliates, or analytics or service providers. For analytical services, GCAA may collect some PII as mentioned in the section for Browsing Website. These technologies are used to record customer preferences to re-direct them to their preferred languages, in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We use cookies only to track customer preferences such as language preferences, themes and kind of e-services accessed etc. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Online Registration to avail E-Services
Except as otherwise indicated, if you register online for creation of an account for example to avail the E-Services, using our online form and provide us your personal information, we will use the information only to create your account and serve you. We also ask you to create a username so that you may access your account. Once you have created an account we will provide you the password along with Welcome Email.
Registered users, if they have opted to receive updates and notifications, may get email notifications on the updates on GCAA regulations, updates on license guidelines and updates related to any other E-services.

GCAA does not warrant that the operation of GCAA’s website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content of the website will be free from Viruses. In the event that GCAA notifies registered users of any known interruption or irregularities in the operation of the website, the registered user shall take such computer security related steps which may be reasonably required by the GCAA under the circumstances to prevent or mitigate potential losses arising from such interruption or irregularities.
Online Resume Submission
The resume data you do submit will be used for employment consideration only and will be stored in an internal resume tracking system for one year. Your data is only available internally to a limited number of hiring officials. Unless authorized by you, GCAA shall not share it with other federal hiring officials or organizations internally/externally. Along with resume, your relevant personal information shall be collected.

Except as otherwise indicated, if you choose to submit a question/feedback or comment using our online form and provide us your name and e-mail or postal address, we will use that information only to respond to your question or comment.
